Mark Honigsbaum, PhD to present lecture, "California's Forgotten Microbe Hunter"

The UCSF Archive & Special Collections Lecture Series will host Mark Honigsbaum, PhD next month as he presents his work on the microbiologist and disease ecologist Karl Friedrich Meyer. Dr. Honigsbaum is a medical historian and journalist currently working as a Wellcome Research Fellow at Queen Mary University of London. Dr. Aimee Medeiros will introduce the event. The lecture will be Friday, December 5 from 12:00-1:30 PM in the Lange Room (5th floor) at the UCSF Parnassus Library. The event is free and open to the public.
